How Our Deliveries Work 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.

We dispatch orders placed before midday on the same day. All other orders are dispatched the following day.

We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

UK

Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class

If you place your order before midday on weekdays it will be dispatched the same day and it will normally arrive in 2-3 working days.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

The prices are weight dependent and are broken down as follows:

Express Delivery: Guaranteed Next Day - £7.95

To guarantee next day delivery for orders placed anytime before midday, choose our Express Delivery option.

Also choose this option if you wish to choose your delivery day. To do this contact us quoting your name, order number and we can book a specific day for you.

Please note that, unless otherwise stated, made-to-order items have their own delivery time schedules which do no relate to the above. For these items, the delivery time is stated in the item description.

Delivered when you’re not at home?

The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

Overseas Postage - Europe

We use Royal Mail Airmail for all European postage. Postage costs are as follows:

It usually takes 3 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month (delivery dates depend on your country's postal service).

Overseas Postage - ROW

We use Royal Mail Airmail for all overseas postage. Postage costs are as follows:

It usually takes 5 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month (delivery dates depend on your country's postal service). You may be charged a fee by your local customs office, depending on the value of your order. You can check this with your country's customs office.

Our bright blue embossed jewellery boxes are 100% recycled. We also use 100% bio-degradable EcoFlo loose fill made from starch to safely protect all our lovely products.
